Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct is crafted with the view of creating a culture of integrity, excellence, respect and honesty through the establishment of clear guidelines on the acceptable demeanor and deportment of employees in their regular dealings with co-employees, management and clients.
Occupational and Safety Health Standards
It is important for Globalport 900, Inc. (the “Corporation”) to provide an environment for its employees wherein health and safety are nurtured and protected. The Corporation ensures that its employees are duly protected from the hazards in the workplace including injuries, sickness and death through safe and healthful working conditions. In addition, the Corporation establishes wellness programs and/or trainings for its employees, provided that they are consistent with the policies and guidelines of the Corporation.
Whistleblowing Policy
In order to guarantee that the business of Globalport 900, Inc. (the “Company”) is conducted in the highest standards of integrity, excellence, respect, transparency, and accountability as expressed in the Code of Conduct, the Company has composed these policies and practices for directors, officers, and employees to communicate internal audit concerns, including but not limited to, accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing or financial reporting matters, to the Audit Committee.
